Mitgliedstaaten, die von dieser Ausnahme Gebrauch machen, sollten der Kommission bis zum 1. Juni 2011 unter anderem die Bezugsquellen und Mengen der Chrysotil enthaltenden Diaphragmen sowie das voraussichtliche Ende der Ausnahmefrist Bericht mitteilen.
By 1 June 2011, Member States making use of this exemption had to provide a report to the Commission on, inter alia, the source and quantities of diaphragms containing chrysotile, and the envisaged date of the end of the exemption.
