Zusammenfassung

This presentation is about the Axis powers (Germany, Italy and Japan. Their enemies are the Allies. So why did they defend the Allies? Another topic is the reasons for the outbreak of the cold war after the second world war.

The name Axis powers decreases to a speech from Benito Mussolini’s on the 1st of November 1936 in which he spoke of an axis of Berlin and Rome which was walked at the head on the 25th of October, 1936 a confidential treaty of friendship between Italy, Germany and Japan empire.

The concept „Allies” comes from the Latin. Mostly he its covered to the great powers: the USA, Great Britain, Russia and France, during the second world war (from 1939 to 1945). They fought against the Axis powers „Germany, Japan and Italy “.
Poland was the first country which was attacked by German troops and was taken. Germany has formed an alliance with Japan and Italy (called the Axis Powers). The opponents of the axis were above all Great Britain, the USA, Soviet Union and France.
The Second World War was the biggest and bloodiest coherent conflict in the history of the humanity. It began in Asia with the outbreak of the second Japanese-Chinese war on the 7th July 1937 and in Europe with the German raid on Poland on the 1st of September 1939. It was finished in Europe on the 8th of May 1945. In Asia, it began with signing the capitulation of Japan on the 2nd of September 1945. The so-called Axis powers Italy, Japan and German empire conducted conquest campaigns against many states; humility main opponents were at the beginning of the republic China, Great Britain and France as well as after the break of the Hitler’s Stalin’s pact the Soviet Union and after Japanese attack on Pearl Harbour also the USA. The theatres of war were in Asia, North Africa, Europe and the Pacific. If the first World war had demanded nearly 10 million deaths, the Second world war demanded approximate 60 million human lives. Under it more than 20 million civilians. The second world war was marked by a strong ideology which led to numerous war crimes and to forcible, often systematic infringements on the civilian population.

On initiative of Adolf Hitler, the German empire, Italy and Japan closed on 27th of September 1940 the three-power pact limited of the years which complemented this already with the Anticommunism pact alliance of three states around military cooperation. That of imperial foreign minister Joachim von Ribbentrop, the Italian foreign minister Galeazzo Ciano Conte di Cortelazzo and Japanese ambassador Saburu Kurusu in Berlin signed the three-power pact which should improve the relation tense since the German, Soviet non-aggression treaty between Japan and Germany. Hitler depended on allies for his planned war against the Soviet Union while Japan was isolated by his war against China. Moreover, the impressive alliance should hold the USA from the Second world war make Great Britain ready to peace.
On initiative of Adolf Hitler, the German empire, Italy and Japan closed the 27th of September 1940 the three-power pact limited oft end years which complemented this already with the Anti-Communist alliance of three states around military corporation. With the contract three states under took not to help each other against up to now in the wars in Europe and Asia complicated attackers also military. Further the pact intended the subdivision of the world in spheres of influence of the involved great powers: “metropolitan area eastern Asia was conceded “to Japan as a sphere of influence, as a counter move it accepted the creation of a „new order “in Europe through the German empire and Italy. The relations of the involved states with the Soviet Union should not be touched. However, on account of insufficient corporation and divergent interests the contract existed primarily on the paper. In the years 1940 and 1941 kicked to him Hungary, Slovakia, Croatia, Bulgaria and Hungary with; however, Hitler’s efforts toward an entry of Spain and Vichy France failed. The three-power pact became meaningless by the Italian armistice with the allies in 1943, declaration of war of Italy in Germany and the German capitulation on the 8th of May 1945.
Summed up the axis powers were clearly put under the allies. In the first phase of the second world war the Axis powers had occur. They occupy France and Poland in the shortest time. Then Germany attaced Russia and they fails because of the Stalin’s degree. Also the campaign in Africa failed. 1941 the USA joined the war and connected to the Allies. The sheet turns and it comes to the their phase. the Italian and French invasion. Moreover, the offensive of the Sovietunion. Afterwards it comes to the capitulation of Germany.
